Humania Assurance offers Insurance Without Medical Exam, a simplified issue life insurance plan in 10 or 20 year terms. Insurance Without Medical Exam only requires answering six health questions in order to qualify
Available for those ages 18 to 60, and renewable to age 70.
No Medical Exam is required, only 6 questions to qualify.
Coverage ranges from $5,000 to $100,000.
Choice of 10 or 20 year term, with fixed premium rates for the length of the term.
Optional Return of Premiums rider for term 20, refunding 75% of paid premiums if no claim is made.
Additional 11 health questions are used to determine preferred premium rates.
